Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities in the role include:


Team Management: Leading a team of 50-80 people; Responsible for hiring of ground manpower, imparting training and development programmes for team members and performance management; chalking out sales and operations strategy for the area under supervision. Also responsible for team motivation, employee well being and providing a work environment conducive for high performance


Stakeholder Management:Managing relationships with the DSA & Dealership


Business Targets:Achievement of business targets in terms of volumes, revenue and margins, on an annual and month on month basis


Disbursal Management:Coordinating with internal stakeholders, RTOs for loan cases to ensure timely disbursals


Reporting & Compliance:Ensuring strict and uncompromising adherence to reporting and compliance standards as per company requirement and RBI guidelines


Performance Reviews:Conducting regular performance reviews for the team and discuss strategy and course correction mechanisms with the senior management


Customer Experience:Orient the team to deliver the best in class customer experience with strong focus on lowering processing times & ensuring customer convenience


Geography : Entire North Zone.
