Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth functioning and proper monitoring of team of 40 users to ensure prompt support of Business and operating Units

Monitor rostering and team activities like timely and correct execution of requests, running of BOT, role reviews, process improvements etc.

Ensure proper controls are in place for system access, provision /withdrawal is done timely.

Designing framework for monthly MIS and QC for SMS activities

Creating and maintaining adequate backup arrangements within the team

Timely escalation handling

Root cause analysis of all escalations

Timely escalation to respective BSG teams of all system issues

Train the team on automation done and review of failure reports of APIs

Prepare manual for Bank users and SMS users

Ensuring standardization of User systems access across bank

Maintaining ‘Good’ Audit rating. Learnings from single audit to be implemented across the Bank
