Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparing the New Banking Group (for existing or new bank relationship) / in-principal / Board note
for reducing the lead time for final sanction
- Preparing the modification / amendment letter on banking sanctions
- Arranging meetings with senior bank officials
- Preparing the bank documentation and liaising for its early closure.
- Working on annual renewals and interest resets with banks.
- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors
- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documents
- Mobilisation of Fund as per Annual Fund requirement and to plan the borrowing well in advance in order to maintain proper liquidity throughout the year
- Availing WCDL on repayment, keeping update with market dynamics
- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to ensure more informed decision
on funding
- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes
- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the company policies,as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct
