Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver to defined targets across Business, People, Channel and Process

metrics
Build a presence across channels in line with its position as
a Global leader in the precious metals space
Develop and expand a jewellery partner eco system
Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner
status and ensures highest levels of consumer satisfaction.
Build new revenue streams by working jointly with functional colleagues to
create a new products other defined opportunity programme.
Results orientation

Excellent track record in sales, channel management & trade marketing.
Excellent analytical, communication & problem solving skills
Ownership of Key Account(s) and achieve targets alongside
Entrepreneurial mindset
Capability to run the sales portfolio as a revenue & profit centre
Financial acumen
Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise
Develop and deliver sales forecast to grow market share
Ensure cost optimization thru sharp planning and execution, driving
productivity so as to maximize margins
Compliance
Able to follow judiciously all contracts and strict adherence to compliance
framework
Customer onboarding through proper and complete Legal documentation
Teamwork
Excellent Leadership skills to build, motivate and lead the team in achieving
benchmark results and resolving problems alongside as a team
Build a strong sales and service presence in his region so as to reach to all
the precious metal channels in the country


Desired Candidate Profile

Seasoned sales manager with experience of building and leading teams
across channels covering the consumer, retail and corporate spaces.
Must be a hands-on leader who delivers to business targets and grows market
share.
Proven track record of success in building channels along with chalking out
clear goals & strategies and map the path to achieve them.
Managing Partnerships & Alliances
Ability to manage existing partnerships and build new ones across retailers,
jewellers, government organizations etc.
