Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational strategies for business growth in the operating area in terms of member acquisition & strategic initiatives towards profitable business in the area through various operational interventions for systematic growth.
- Responsible for Business strategy, planning and implementation ,Salesand Business Development, Business analysis ,Customer service and Recruitment and People Management, Developing High Performance Teams
- Developing strategies towards business risk assessment and preventive actions for risk mitigation &improved business relationship with all the internal and external stakeholders in the operating area.
- Responsible for annual budgeting for each branch and strategies for it implementation with introduction of new products if any.
- Responsible for design and implementation of various social development programmes in specific working area of each individual branch. Developing the strategies for gaining the operational efficiency & profitability at each branch and structural design of internal audit through various processes and its implementation.
