Roles and Responsibilities1 Formulation/reviewing of loan credit policies, wherever required & getting those approved by competent authorities/Stake-holders/departments. Rolling out & providing training to the credit team related to any new changes & ensuring implementation of the same at ground level & new bookings.
2 Creating a comprehensive Portfolio Quality Review for the products under purview, suggesting corrective measures/actionable. Regular Presentations to senior management on delinquency movement with recommendations basis products, income programs, geography etc.
3 Coordinating with credit team/Sales team for any policy related queries & providing clarification/training on the same.
4 Preparation, launch & monitoring of pilot schemes for limited period/geography in consultation with product/analytics/sales teams & publishing the performance & MIS regarding the same periodically.
5 Conducting audit of the disbursed cases related to policy adherence & PSL tagging. Publishing non- compliance report to Credit team with focus on reducing errors.
6 Compiling & reverting to the queries raised by auditors, supporting for any data requirement & reviewing early mortality cases & suggesting corrective action in case of any findings.
7 Handling Policies related to Digital Partners, communicating any policy related changes, maintaining monthly MIS of disbursed cases, reviewing the sample cases on policy compliance, doing due-diligence of new partners and reviewing the FLDG cover with product team
