Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his projects (including product planning, R&D, production, purchase and sales & marketing) from initial phaseup to SOP – either internal or external projects

Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product quality, cost and timelines. Represent R&D Function at organisation level CFT and Lead the overall project across the organisation.

Responsible for all product planning andcontrolling of his projects as per theapproved Cycle Plan
Responsible for all product planning and controlling of his projects in agreement with the
Platform Leader
Receives IPCs from the Platform Leader and follows them inagreement with him, disseminates
IPCs to the Cross Functional Team and makes the alignment withCoCs on targets and schedules
Monitors the risks and health of his projects through PM
Plans, sets-up, and executesproject structure incl. carry over/commonality expectations
Plans and monitors the progressand completion of R-Flows which are related to his projects

Responsible for target achievement(CTQ) for his projects and if there is any
risk to mitigate or escalate
Agrees on targets (CTQ) with the Cross Functional Team coherently with the IPC requests
Enforces decision making forproblem resolution within the Cross Functional Team
In case of conflict of objectives he is responsible to propose the decisions needed and to sharethem with the Platform Leader toensure that they are not conflictingwith the other projects of the sameplatform
Proposes cost improvementprograms his projects to thePlatform Leader and monitors thecost improvement and evolutionduring the projects execution

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Ability to coordinate the Cross Functional Team effectively basing on personal skills both from technical and from managerial points of view, extracting from the CFT the result in line with project targets
2. Good reporting skills to the Platform Leader in order to keep him updated on the project
progress and escalating issues to him when needed, without escalating every single conflict
3. Capability to present himself as a reliable window for all the issues related to his projects in front of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating this with facts / results, even when if he is not fully aware of every issue happening within his project because these are not directly managed by himself
