Position Summary

Setting up independent business channel for Insurance distribution of Agent / sub agent model PAN India. To help set up open market business with product and sales processes. Manage and strengthen the distribution model with far reach spread and business top line growth

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business set up with key insurance product

  • Own Sales numbers for both top line and profit & loss of the vertical

  • Institutionalize business with market agents and sub agents via POSP model

  • Drive Recruitment, training and activation of agents

  • Contest and schemes for the channel
