Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Drafting, vetting, reviewing, finalizing various agreements, MOU, terms of settlement, contracts etc

2.Legal documents including lease deed, trust deed, LOI, Agreement to Lease, Sale deed, out sourcing agreements, NDA, POA,vendor agreements, notices, drafting of documents, SLA’s etc

3.Conducting primary due diligence including title search pertaining to mortgage of shops, land, buildings etc

4.Drafting of property documents, sale deed, lease agreements and other property documents

5.Efficiently liaison with lawyers, external vendors, valuators and timely follow up and closure of issues

6.Research of applicable laws, circulars, notification., policies , case laws etc

7.Interfacing with external vendors, agencies, law firm etc

8.Interface with external vendors legal agencies for all elements pertaining to execution of contracts and legal obligations

9.Experience in managing team of 5-6 people Pan India

10.Detailed understanding of Mortgage process throughout India and also have versatility to deep dive into complex transactions.

11.Must be willing to travel 1-2 times in a month

12.Must have excellent communication skills in English

13.Should be a LLB from reputed law college

14.Must have 5-7 years exp in Bank/ NBFC domain with similar exp

15.Must be a team player

16.Should have spent at least 2-3 years in last organization
