Manager/Deputy Manager – Process & Project
Roles and Responsibilities
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Should be able to Participate in annual budgeting of capex and revenue expenditures. List
of projects or improvements.
Should have experience in reading & modifying P&IDs, also Monitoring of plant processes,
doing material balance, energy balance, ASPEN Simulation, HTRI and HYSIS.
Hands on experience on doing basic engineering calculations, preparing process flow
diagrams, process datasheets of process equipment.
Strong technical skillset to support implementation of process improvements projects, participate
in process improvement session with cross functional team members
Should compile data for process licensor/technical advisors, catalyst suppliers on periodic
basis.
Demonstrate competence of Capital Project Execution Process
Participate in root cause analysis, process improvement sessions along with providing
technical support to production during shutdown activities.
Participate in PHA & LOPA study for ongoing processes as well as new project / process.
Maintain records & documents required for ISO & OHSAS.
Provide support for project implementation. Coordinating with vendors for technical
clarifications and communicate with internal customers like Mechanical,
Instrumentation, Electrical department, Purchase department.
Being a team member for Implementation of IMS as per ISO-9001, EMS14001, OSHAS
18001, EnMS ISO 50001, RC 14001 and GHG ISO.
Provide Mass balance and energy balance output with recommendations to Production.
