Roles and Responsibilities

Driving monthly collection targets and ensure target achievement. Pre-due and soft bucket.
End to end reporting of MIS with service levels .
Utilization of agents in respective processes
Call center quality check – listening of random calls & provide caller wise feedback for improvement. Target levels.
Ensure timely feedback Team & Agents.
Update with latest changes in company .
Projects management – Implementation of various projects to automate, simplify and improve process
