Manage Battery Pack Line & Assembly line ensuring zero breakdowns.

1. Ensure smooth line start-up in the morning

2. PM/CBM of Machines/Equipment.

3. Breakdown Analysis.

• Why-why analysis
• Corrective/Preventive actions
• Phenomenon sheet

5. Daily MIS preparation. Ensure availability of Spares & consumables to avoid production loss.

1. Spare part planning & requisition as per budget.

2. Monitoring of consumable stock & ensuring the availability.

Promote innovation and implement the kaizen.

1.Idea Generation and its implementation

2.Planning & execution of Imp Projects as identified from department MPCP sheet.

Shop floor management through skill up-gradation to improve overall effectiveness.

1. Continuous meeting with team members.

2. Participation of each individual team members in suggestion.

3. Skill up-gradation of Team Members.

Ability to compile and review the department activities and should manage the role of department planner

1.Capability of Repair & maintenance budget for the EV plant

2.Monitoring and controlling all the department parameters along with the analysis

3.Spare parts follow up

4.Creation of Purchase request and purchase order.

5.Knowledge on complete PM module in SAP.

6.Ensure timely payment to vendors

7.Timely renewal of AMCs and other rate contracts

Follow safe practices across the plant to maintain all legal requirements, safe & healthy working condition.

2. Work Permit, LOTO usage without fail

3. Zero LTA & NLTA

4.Tracking near miss cases and providing permanent solution.
