Roles and Responsibilities

- Logging enquires/requests received from the internal and external customers and reverting with the appropriate resolutions within the stipulated TAT.

- Follow up with various departments required to ensure that appropriate action is taken on each & every complaint made by the external clients.

- Providing the standardized response to the customer queries while adhering to the quality aspects.

- Good interpersonal, analysing and problem solving skills by means of effective & efficient communications.

- Problem solving attitude towards customer queries by understanding first the customer's concerns; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem over mails/calls(if required) expediting correction or adjustment.

- Respond to all queries from the external and internal customers with accuracy following communication procedures & policies.
