Qualifications

Skills required (essential):

o Excellent working knowledge of the following technologies: Java, Databases, Middleware (Soap/Xml/Messaging/RESTful services).

o Familiarity with MQ, Autosys, Hibernate, Spring, SpringBoot

o Sound understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming, familiarity with Design Patterns

o Hands on experience with multithreaded systems.

o Knowledge around modern NOSQL databases (eg MongoDB, Snowflake etc.)

o Experience of Agile development practices.

o Experience on adoption of DevOps toolings and pipeline

o Exposure to working in a global delivery team.

o Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels.

Skills desired (optional):

o Prior experience in investment banking

o Knowledge around database & query performance tuning
