Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of
our digital projects and loan origination system ( LOS) . The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in IT project management, specifically in delivering digital projects such as Loan
originating system , API implementation , software development, and digital onboarding .
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on
time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are
communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Liaise with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives, and
ensure all project deliverables are met.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication and
resolution.
Manage project resources, including internal teams and external contractors, ensuring
they are allocated appropriately to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Ensure project quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including testing,
quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare and present project status reports, including project progress, risks, issues, and
financial status to stakeholders.
Ensure effective project communication and stakeholder management, ensuring all
parties are kept informed of project progress and changes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety,
data protection, and information security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in delivering
digital projects.
Experience in managing website development, software development, and digital
marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at
all levels.
Ability to manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication
and resolution.
Experience in managing project resources, including internal teams and external
contractors.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable.
