Roles and Responsibilities

A leading automotive brand with global presence is looking for HR Talent Acquisition person for their team

Education: MBA HR - Fulltime from Top Institutes
Experience 2 - 6 years

Preferred Exposure
Experience of coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Should have worked in Technology / Machine Learning / IT and other emerging technologies
Should be Agile and demonstrate ability to quickly grasp details as well as industry trends

Manage the Talent Acquisition & Manpower planning function in consultation with the stakeholders & business leaders (Both lateral hiring & Campus hiring)

Coordinate with team & external agencies for planning resources hiring & talent management

Coordinate for offer negotiation, rollout, background check formalities, onboarding etc

Actively involve with the business leaders & stakeholders to meet their talent demands from time to time.
