A leading Automotive parts manufacturing Co is looking for Manager - HR, Admin & Talent Acquisition (6 month contract) for their organization.
Candidates with min 8+ yrs experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitments, Admin etc and willing to take up the 6 month contract role can apply.

- Manage the Talent Acquisition & Manpower planning function in consultation with the stakeholders & business leaders
- Coordinate with team & external agencies for planning resources hiring & talent management
- General administration as HR spoc for all Talent Related activities including onboarding, training, compensation benchmarking, offer negotiation & roll out etc
- Actively involve with the business leaders & stakeholders to meet their talent demands from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Salary: 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
