Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the implementation of strategic learning initiatives and projects, such as analyse learning needs and outcomes, develop, and design learning solutions and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Manage behavioural and functional competency development for critical roles across India. Designing programs and methodology for effective learning and delivering training end to end. Responsible for ROI of training
  • Liaise with vertical heads to identify critical training needs for their team members
  • Identify, assess, and manage external vendors/ partners for program
  • Design leadership development interventions and help in driving the same
  • Assess effectiveness of training on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Design and deliver in-house training program
  • Maintain focus on innovation in the technology and learning space, such as new learning architectures, and integrate a design thinking mind-set to the approach
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Drive and own responsibility of learning coverage and man-days.
  • Own and facilitate leadership programs (corporate plus custom programs) for business across verticals
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of leadership development. Coach and guide others in the area of development
  • Potential Assessment and Succession Planning, use multiple assessment inputs and competency feedback data to design and execute coaching/mentoring and other development programs to prepare identified successors for critical roles
  • Identify training need basis the inputs received from Assessments, PMS and other sources
  • Partner and align with Business stakeholders to understand business and identify knowledge gaps in business people and plan the training accordingly
