Roles and Responsibilities


State Head (SH): (New Car Loan)

Managing sales and market penetration of his respective state Team handling; optimizing team productivity and achieving team results.

Channelizing the Sourcing business through dealers & open market channels.

Ensure Recruitment, Training and development of the team channels.

Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation. Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of auto loan programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the SBI Officials & Dealer for channelizing the business. Meeting SBI Officials, Dealer Principal, Dealer GM and supporting the field sales to increase nos & penetration.

Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Ensure the achievement of a given business target. Monthly SSL bill clearance from the respective LHO & PDD updation.

Close coordination with Telesales Team for business leads & closure of leads.
