  • Benchmarking along with relevant functions for components of product program vis :

    • Product features

    • Commercials

    • Risk & underwriting

    • System workflow

    • Collection

  1. Initial Product set up

  • New product document creation

  • Product code creation

  • Profit cost center and GL code creation

  1. Cross sell framework

  • Work with Life insurance team and other cross sell SPOC for cross sell product, pricing and proposition.

  • Product suite finalization

  • Customer communication frame



  1. Business MIS & Reports

  • Reporting module development

  • Reporting & MIS framework
