Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibility is critical evaluation of Individual property which is to be mortgaged by the Bank from Technical and Marketability purview.
Measurement of land / plot of applicants applying for Home loans / Working Capital / SME Limits.
Verification of approved building plans and compare the construction vis prevailing state bye-laws.
Scrutiny of technical documents and preparation of Technical Valuation reports.
Collection of market information on updates on Real Estate / civic body changes / Changes w.r.t regulations by State / Civic bodies etc and update HO / Regional Office periodically.
Audit of Technical agencies & and their bills, Executing and monitoring of projects ,Compliance with Technical Process and norms for the area/branch in line with those set out as per the Process note ,
Appraisal of projects and property within the area.
To ensure due diligence during appraisal and keep a check on frauds relating to property, Adherence to TAT. Collection of market information and update on a periodic basis, Maintain & Circulate MIS
Timely collection and Updating on amendments ( in bye laws ) which may affect property.
Coordinate between Technical, Business, operations, risk, customers etc.( Internal stake holders – Business, Operations, Risk).
Importantly - Judgment and Decision Making and Communicating effectively apart Monitoring and Assessing Performance of Vendors to have a Good portfolio.
