Roles and Responsibilities

Home LoanRegionalHead(RH):

Managing sales and market penetrationofhis respective state Team handling; optimizing team productivity and achieving team results.

Channelizing the Sourcing business through developers & open market channels.

Ensure Recruitment, Training and developmentofthe team channels.

Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation. Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotionofHome loan programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the SBI Officials & Developers for channelizing the business. Meeting SBI Officials, Developers and supporting the field sales to increase nos & penetration.

Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Ensure the achievementof a given business target. Monthly SSL bill clearance from the respective LHO & PDD updation.

Close coordination with Telesales Team for business leads & closureofleads.
