Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the TA technology platform and lead the TA digitization journey from scratch

  • Must be successfully involved in Success factor as a tool from an implementation standpoint

    • Deep knowledge of Application Tracking Systems is a must along with understanding of tools in the market for Talent acquisition

    • Designing and execution of programs in areas like Employee referrals, Internal Mobility, Diversity and Inclusion. Aligning it local markets

    • Manage the AOP for the Talent Acquisition function and have fortnightly reporting with the functional leader along with working with Finance teams as needed

    • Lead the Audit and Compliance process and manage audits end to end on various aspects of talent acquisition

    • Ensuring adherence to the TA global governance framework that includes supplier management, performance management, internal audit & quality assurance.

    • String reporting background with ability to work on designing of global dashboards and getting it implemented with HRIS
