Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose Statement


  • To maximize RoI & profitability on sales & marketing spends (i.e., cost of acquisition) by improving sales conversion of core business’ products & services via CRM analytics driven precision targeting, efficient lead generation campaigns & supporting D2C model by identifying priority markets & consumer segments
  • To help gain market share across the segments through data-driven strategies
Roles & Responsibilities
  • To bring information from diverse source to a common platform to enable better decision making on marketing & sales levers
  • Assimilate the information from diverse information sources towards identification of target groups for our product and services thereby helping to achieve efficiency & effectiveness of the various initiatives of sales & marketing
  • To build analytics-based segmentation frameworks that deliver segment-wise customer behaviour prediction/ regression models (basis past behaviour/ transactions with our product/ services -aftersales) – The segments identified using demographics/ behavioural attributes to predict conversion scores & devise optimized target marketing campaigns to achieve target KPIs; Customer Retention, Up-grade & Win-back

  • Develop CRM campaigns, experiment aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the repurchase behaviour of different user-cohorts
