Master data Management of HCM system
HRIS Project Management - Gathering business requirements, design, develop the module with the help of technology partner, validations, move to production planning, testing of module, end user training and post go-live support.
Collaboration with the various teams including Business HRs and HR Centers of Excellence (i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, L&D, Talent Management) teams to streamline processes to provide best in class HR systems and applications.
Process Improvement – Continuously improving existing processes to achieve simplification, efficiency, cost savings and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for BAU support of SAP Success factors HCM.
Manage access controls, roles and permissions of HR system.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
