Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis

- To Monitor and evaluate performance indicators of Portfolio and study trends
for growth and risk levels
- To review the credit portfolio and propose appropriate corrective measures
from time to time
- To review Risk reports developed by Analysts (external & internal), analyse risk
perceptions & mitigate risks

2. Credit cycle process monitoring and review

- To review and analyse portfolio to determine delinquency patterns
- To evaluate various key indicators
- To monitor threshold limits for various exposures
- To interact with credit associations or bureau for information in countering
delinquencies
- To monitor credit processes

3. Credit policy vetting

- Vetting of policies & processes/guidelines for new products
- Amendments to policies/processes with regard to managing various risks
- Review compliance of norms laid in policy
