Contribute in designing and executing the landscape for HCM/ HRIS digital solutions keeping mind workforce (employee & manager) and HR community across the employee lifecycle.
Assisting the lead HRBP in partnering with Key Corporate functions in driving workforce
strategy. Design and implement Talent Management & Development intervention for the
Contribute in HCM/HRIS transformation, through Process mapping–‘ As is and Desired’ gap analysis, Conduct FGDs for processunderstanding and best practice mapping. Designing project roadmap for various modules of HRIS/HCM and tracking the progress
around each project. Contributing in the migration activity ofemployee data migration by engaging innovative IT tools.
Contribute to develop a road map in terms of technology for rollout (platform, interactions, UX/ UI ) keeping in mind the availableinhouse technology and partnersRecommended the change adoption plans to ensure readiness ofusers and alignment of key stakeholders and finally deployment of the HR IT solution.
Contribute to drive digital transformation change management of HR applications towards adoption of new changes
Implement Talent Management & Development business partnering, and continuously maintaining Org structure, Relevant nomenclature and Succession planning activities
Desired Candidate ProfileCore experience in implementing the HCM digital strategies
Making use of existing HCM data from multiple sources and interfaces
Work with implementation and outsourcing partners to deliver cost efficient and sustainable outcomes
