Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of quality assurance/control and inspection systems, for highest quality ofmanufactured vehicles.Responsibilities
Inspection of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level.
• Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues
• Taking Improvement actions
• Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues
• Taking Improvement actions
Defined manpower deployment Line wise
• Co-ordination for Man-power availability as per defined Productivity chart. Maintaining discipline and consistent output of the Test riders
• Test riders Output monitoring.
• Counselling and trainings for improvement

• Counselling and trainings for improvement
Timely clearance of the vehicles after Final inspection.Co-ordination with the Shift wise counter parts Frameassembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Final
