Roles and Responsibilities
Implement the global and country level brand strategy to achieve market leadership.
Engage with multiple regional stake holders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and implement strategy.
Manage advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand campaigns in line with the strategic intent.
Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.
Develop business case for new products or variants to be developed
Ensure that product feedback from various countries on existing brands are funneled back to R&D.
Monitors and tracks competitors activities in key markets
Drive Customer Experience Initiatives:
Develop marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touchpoints like showroom, Digital & On ground.
