Direct Collection Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving X bucket collection targets assigned by reviewing case wise feedback.
- Responsible for Referral Target Achievement.
- Responsible for PI collection target.
- Responsible for CE appointment by following company adhered processes
- Responsible for allocation to CE team.
- Drive CE efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring adherence of Deposition TAT.
- Ensuring of Case wise trails and monitoring and analysing and monitoring the feedback to find and correct discrepancies.
- Effective Manpower Management and timely reporting of any issues.
- Visit on critical non contactable accounts along with team .
- Ensuring high level of integrity with external agencies
- Following Collection Process starting from collection, reciting, and deposition .
- Abide by the policies laid by the company.
- Updation of feedbacks in collection module.
- Timely System upload of trails and feedbacks
- Implement HFCL policies and process through CEs.
- Liaison with legal/ law enforcing authorities for any issues related to customers or internal team.
