Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving X bucket collection targets assigned by reviewing case wise feedback.
  • Responsible for Referral Target Achievement.
  • Responsible for PI collection target.
  • Responsible for CE appointment by following company adhered processes
  • Responsible for allocation to CE team.
  • Drive CE efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring adherence of Deposition TAT.
  • Ensuring of Case wise trails and monitoring and analysing and monitoring the feedback to find and correct discrepancies.
  • Effective Manpower Management and timely reporting of any issues.
  • Visit on critical non contactable accounts along with team .
  • Ensuring high level of integrity with external agencies
  • Following Collection Process starting from collection, reciting, and deposition .
  • Abide by the policies laid by the company.
  • Updation of feedbacks in collection module.
  • Timely System upload of trails and feedbacks
  • Implement HFCL policies and process through CEs.
  • Liaison with legal/ law enforcing authorities for any issues related to customers or internal team.
