Position Summary:-
  • Lead in delivering the Multi-Partner ecosystem strategy of the company by being a key member of the Principal Partnerships team
  • Ensure effective co-ordination with partner teams across Banks, NBFC’s for delivering the Multi-Partner ecosystem “Loans” business.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and processes for maximizing business from partners
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand, own and deliver the Multi-Partner ecosystem strategy of the Company
  • Manage the entire business delivery of onboarded partners as per defined targets by effectively managing internal and partner stakeholders on a day to day basis
  • Liaise with business execution teams across product and call center functions for ensuring effective funnel management for partners
  • Liaise with partner business execution teams across product and sales for effective conversions of consumers to customers by completion of last mile processes.
  • Manage & grow partner P&L and constantly work towards increasing partner revenue contribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customized partner product propositions by working closely with internal business, product & tech teams.
Qualification, Experience/Skills, Leadership competencies
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing and related field
  • 1+ years of business development, partnerships, sales experience across E-aggregator business, Bancassurance channels, Banks, NBFC’s & Fintech’s.
