Roles and Responsibilities

Handling Entire HR Operations & Payroll f
Managing entire Life Cycle of employee from Joining till Retire.
Preparing and maintain payroll related records and reports and sharing with Finance team.
Compliance Management.
Proper accounting of Salary, Bonus, PT, PF & other salary related expenses.
Deposition of all compliance / statutory related payment to various Govt. authorities.
Resolution of Employee grievances.
Co-ordination between TPA & Employee regarding all employee related Insurance.
Other Adhoc HR related activities.
Responsible for statutory audit and internal audit.
