Required

Experience: 10 years of experience in HFC or Mortgage Industry

Essential : Experience of managing multiple branches and deep understanding of local
market

Strong connects with channel across DSAs and connectors relevant to mass
affluent and affordable home loans

Demonstrated track report of building teams, channel and disbursements in mass
affluent and affordable home loans

Key Job Roles :
  • Manage business for entire cluster for Home Loan business
  • Actively pursue and close new business opportunities, working closely with Sales Management and internal sales channel to ensure cluster-based objectives are being met.
  • Grow HL disbursements in Mass Affluent and Affordable segments
  • Collaborate with appropriate business alliance partners and other distributors to expand the reach of the products.
  • Build a high performing team
  • Identify potential spoke locations and expand reach through growth in spoke locations
  • Develop deep channel connects with high activation rates
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of cluster sales and profitability.
  • Effectively engage Credit, Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability of the cluster.
  • Responsible for maintaining the product mix in the business and benchmark yield across location Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio
  • Conduct regular visits to the locations to develop new relationships in the business
  • Monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity
