DriveCorporateSalaryAccounts business in the assigned territory through leading a team size of 40+ members.
Leading the team of Relationship Managers to achieve new book acquisition targets and managing the existing book portfolio with the team of Key Account Managers.
Achieve revenue targets by promoting X Sell of products like Credit Cards, Debit Cards Upgrade, Current Accounts, Trade Forex, GI, LI, Loans.
Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned region
Assigning targets to the team, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing individual productivities.
Ensure productivity from the team members and motivating the team to achieve their KRAs and earn incentives.
Mining of the existing base to achieve sales targets through given portfolio, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Ensure compliances in the sales sourcing by providing knowledge, training and updates to the team members
