Roles and Responsibilities

1 Business operations: HL Delhi branch-Disbursement Operation (FL III/ II )
JD:
1. Managing Branch Ops/ North Zone, Audit without error and on TAT activity volume of 100+ files with value 32 Cr.+.
2. Sales and Credit coordinate and follow up to achieve the business targets.
3. Training to team members and guide as and when new processes are rolled out.
4. Prepared a training module with HR for the new sales staff to reduce the login query.
5. Managed RCSA, internal Audit and External Audit efficiently.
6. PDD and OTC documents update within TAT.
