Job Description

We’re looking for a People Experience Specialist to support our rapidly growing organization in the well-
being of employees and their experience. An individual will get a chance to work on a large scale and in a

fast-paced business environment where they’ll get a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and explore.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing employee welfare
• Establishing & maintain good relationships between managers & staffs
• Assists in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases and carried out in line with
organizations regulations.
• Conducting Induction Meeting and providing insights on policies & procedures of an organization
to new hires.
• Creating ways to measure and assess engagement and assess well-being of an existing and new
• Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience
• Building a culture of trust

Skills Required:
• A minimum 4 years of experience as People experience & employee welfare
• Master’s in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
