Area Sales Manager- Unsecured Business loan
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. JOB PURPOSE:
- To setup and manage the entire area sales process and infrastructure for the Unsecured Business Loan lending vertical of the company
- To build area sales strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of the company policy
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition revenue targets, Productivity & Profitability
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan ex- SEP/SENP, DSA etc
- Team Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organization
- Ensure activation of channels on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAs
- Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans, contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plans
- Ensure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are done on time and in an effective manner
