Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. JOB PURPOSE:

    • To setup and manage the entire area sales process and infrastructure for the Unsecured Business Loan lending vertical of the company

    • To build area sales strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of the company policy


    2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition revenue targets, Productivity & Profitability

  • Conduct regular and detailed business reviews to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan ex- SEP/SENP, DSA etc

  • Team Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organization

  • Ensure activation of channels on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAs

  • Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement

  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans, contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plans

  • Ensure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are done on time and in an effective manner
