KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review & Analyze the Reward programs structure & simulations
2. Working with Sales Planning team post reviews & agree on optimum solution
3. Control RNR budget – ensure the RNR budget is within the prescribed limit basis
above or advise on the course correction on regular basis
4. Driving Sales Productivity Transformation-Insight on FLS productivity on different
metrics including Attrition analysis, engage with channel & agree on course
correction, measure the course correction output
5. Bottom up Revenue model for the Topline projection for FLS driven distribution
6. Prepare Revenue forecast during Planning cycle including Management plan
7. Lead the Annual operating plan discussion across the cross functional teams
8. Penetration & Market Benchmarking on different metrics
