Job Overview:

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities - Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Keep prospective client database updated - Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Strong team player and have contributed in New Business Development from EU territory (preferred).
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to convert them into fruitful leads and potential customers.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calltoaction, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Make cold calls for new inbound or outbound business leads - Contacting potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Territory Development and Scheduling onsite meetings with prospective clients.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with leads and address their needs effectively.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed revenue targets and KPI
  • Travel to Europe to meet European team and customers
