Job Description

Handling a book of HNI Clients, servicing the priority clients
With daily banking queries and all operations related work.
Coordinate & execute daily Online/Offline MF transactions, other banking transactions with perfection within respective cutoffs.
Tracking of transactions after execution for smooth processing & customer service.
Scrutinizing account opening forms for entire products like PMS, CASA, Fixed Deposits.
Manage operation's related client issues and complaints following firm policy and regulatory requirements.
.
Manage & handle software like FINACLE, SIEBLE, and MF Web etc.
Provide support to all Privy Clients relating to their daily transaction execution & all account activity.
Procurement and updating of documents and details received from the clients into the system to ensure the client become KYC complied.
Communicate, implement and ensure compliance with firm operational guidelines and policies and support the branch operational risk and audit process.
