Job Description

1. Manage daily operations to meet business goals.
2. Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
4. Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
5.Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
6. Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
7. Perform market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends and competitor activity.
8. Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
9. Train staffs on daily responsibilities and customer service activities.
10. Evaluate team performance and build up individual development plans.
11. Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
12. Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
