Accountable for progressive management of all Key Accounts business, inclusive of Dealers, Builders, Contractors and Architects.
Dealing with high value dealers (key accounts) of company and add new dealer in Project Business for developing market and having higher market share.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and provide feedback to the Zonal Manager.
Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per targets.
Manage and control inventories and stocks as per budgets through proper forecasting.
Working in team with Institutional sales officer and relationship officer for promoting both project and retail sales.
Interact with architects, builders, real estate Developers and contractors to increase company's Market share, keeping in mind the increase of the company's sales in terms of value and Volumes.
Implementation of CRM for the Institutional Business in the region.
