Responsible for ensuring new acquisition on Retail Branch Banking through CASA & FD.
Responsible for CASA FD book growth to generate NII.
Accountable for customer service and Audit Complaince across all branches in Cluster .
Ensuring cross sell to NTB as well as existing portfolio customers via team of Lobby BSPs , RMs , CRPs & BRPs.
Enhancing PPI per customer via cross sell of TFX, securities, Retail Assets, Business Banking & Third Party products like LI, GI & Mutual Funds.
Carrying out various activities & initiaitives so as to generate new propects.
Time to time training of team members across all channels to equip them with all the knowledge & confidence to sell various products as per customer need available with YBL
Apart from serving customer requirements across LI & GI typically around Term Plan, Health Plan my team also properly prepare customer portfolio and as per appetite suggest products like PMS, AIFs, Bonds etc.
As a CBL do regularly ensure to guide team around HOs requirements and prospective .
Morever do keep team motivated by running various local contest & initiatives so that boredom or monotonous work doesnt pile on them.
Also driving team to qualify various contest which are not only sense of achievement but matter of pride as well.
Have been handling entire channels on service compliance, relationship management & new acquisition before restructuring of BRB.
