Job Description

Monitor the processes for account opening, account maintenance,Instructions.

Quality audit checks for various processes including detailing the control check Points for Data, KYC,AML and record management

Maintain strict vigilance on day to day banking transaction and process

Ensure comprehensive compliance with all internal, regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services

Building in controls for operations and branch infrastructure related activites

Tracking and maintain audit, compliance checking for a quality score to the branch

Tracking the End Of Day/Beginning Of Day functions of the branches in terms of cash opening, closing and reporting other parameters

Authorize and verify the Cash, CMS, RTGS & NEFT transactions without any errors

Work towards error free transaction processing and NIL operating loss to the Bank within the TAT.

Resolving and work towards reducing customer complain

Handle Trade and remittance transaction within agreed TAT and co-ordinate with Central

Processing centre for completion anddelivery

Ensuring to branch achieves its MTD and YTD sales target.

Cross sell-Life Insurance, MF and other TPP as assets products.
