Job Description

Mentoring a team
Responsible for overall functioning of the branch including manning, operations, customer service, administration and sales.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Meet defined goals and organizational metrics.
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow revenue.
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ applicable laws Establish the Bank and the brand in the catchment area Responsible for achieving overall product targets
CASA, Investment, Insurance, Trade Services.
Managing group business products like Business Banking products & other assets products (home loan, LAP etc).
Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
Ensure branch profitability. Interact with other business segments across other units, like Sales/ Collections/ Operations/ Credit & External service providers.
