Responsible for effectively preparing and presenting candidates for GMs & above
Serve as the point person for highly visible strategic positions
Ensure JDs available for all the senior management roles
Ensure 1st level screening of candidates against the JDs
Manage the coordination of internal and external recruiting efforts
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the recruitment team; knowledgeable of systems, processes,
Work closely with the Search firms and Hiring partners to define pipelines of talent and design processes for effectively managing the flow of interviews
Liaise with different recruiting channels such job portals, networking sites, etc.
Leverage social media to connect with potential candidates
Create pan-India repository of consultants used by Magma across legal entities
Tie-up with different agencies to support front line hiring
Consolidate hiring requirement from different verticals and track hiring momentum and report through dashboards
Should have exposure setting up RPO model for front end hiring
Exposure to on-boarding to GMs & above from the time of making an offer to 1st 60 days
